Returns:  In the unlikely event of a problem, just call us within 15 days of receiving it for a Return Authorization Number. We are willing and eager to work with any customer who has a product concern. Please feel free to contact us through our contact us page, by phone or fax. We will respond as quickly as possible.  

Treasuresfrombaby.com has a 15 day return policy, from the date of delivery; on all products we sell that have manufacture defects. THIS DOES NOT ENCOMPASS THE QUALITY OF THE PHOTO. As stated on this site and in all of our sales and marketing materials, the better the quality of the photo the better the quality of the personalized product will be. Lighter backgrounds and having the main subject in the fore ground make better quality photos and therefore better quality products.  

• All returns must have a RMA number – please contact customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before shipping us the return.
• The customer must contact us within 15 days of receiving their order to receive an RMA number, before the 15 day return policy expires.
• No refunds can be given if the original contents are not present, and/or the customer has not been issued an RMA number. In such cases all merchandise and materials will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
• Customers with a valid RMA number agree to ship merchandise back to us within ten days of receiving their RMA number.
• Customers are responsible for all return order shipping. COD shipments can NOT be accepted at our facility.  

You will receive either a new product or a full refund of the purchase price for all manufacture defective merchandise that is returned within the terms stated. All other merchandise returned is subject to a $30.00 return fee to off set credit card charges. Initial shipping charges are not refundable on any returned merchandise.

Our guarantee covers a remake of the same product, or a refund and obviously will not cover items where you have misspelled a word or sent in the wrong picture or decided later you wanted a different product. Final determination is at our discretion.
