This Cute Photo Contest is open to Babies, Children, Adults, Pets, and/or anything else you deem Cute!

Photos of baby’s or children must be submitted by that persons, Parent or Legal Guardian. Photos of pets or other cute things must be submitted by their owner. By registering and submitting a photo, parent or legal guardian, and owners grant ABN LLC / TreasuresFromBaby.com the right to publish submitted photo(s), child's name, city, and any captions submitted, in and/or on marketing materials. Slight photo alterations may be made in order to fit our site or marketing materials. Please note we are always concerned about the safety and privacy of children and families. We will use discretion when selection photo to use in marketing materials.

Our Cute Photo Contest is intended as a fun, promotional contest, with NO CASH VALUE. Winners will receive a photo throw at No Charge, we reserve the right to make product selection. Winners may NOT redeem any prize for cash. Photos are judged with no discrimination towards sex, race, or age. Contestants can submit photos, they feel in their discretion meets the stand of a “Cute Photo”. All judges’ decisions are final.

Photos with nudity or children depicted in a derogatory or dangerous position or manner will not be accepted and will be turned over to law enforcement officials where appropriate.  ABN LLC / TreasuresFromBaby.com reserve the right to refuse any photograph that we define as unacceptable.

If a professional photo is submitted, we will not be held harmful. It is recommended that parents or guardians receive written-rights to use the photo prior to submitting the photo. Please read our Policies & Copyrights page. Our “Cute Photo Contest” operates under all of the guidelines, and policies of TreasuresFromBaby.com, please read our website.

This contest is void where prohibited by law. The contestants assume the total responsibility of knowing that they reside in a state that prohibits photo contests and are subject to any local, state or national laws. ABN LLC / TreasuresFromBaby.com  accepts no responsibility for making these individual legal determinations.

Mail in submissions are accepted, please follow these guidelines: Mailed in photos should be no larger than 5” x 7”. We are not responsible for lost or damaged photos. We will try to return photos that we receive with a self address stamped envelope for return mail. However, we cannot guarantee that these photos will be returned. We strongly suggest that you do not submit original one of a kind photos by mail to this contest.
