Shipping:
All of our products are personalized unique one of a kind items. In most cases we have indicated on each item the normal turn around times required. Due to the custom nature of our products please allow 3 to 6 weeks for processing and delivery time on all orders placed from September through December. During this time we routinely post a Holiday Cutoff Date on our website so you know the last day you can place an order with us and still receive it before December 24th.
We ship all of our orders via the best price carrier, ground status.
Order Processing:
Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday form 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central time. Orders placed on the weekend and on holidays are processed on the next business day. We reserve the right to contact a customer for a better photo if in our judgment the photo submitted will not reproduce in a manner necessary to produce a quality product.
